The good news, You do not start from scratch. When you are carried forward into a new season, a lot of your application comes with you. Your job is to check what is there, update anything that has changed, and finish the parts that must be updated.

1. Find your new season

Log in and you land on My Enrollments. Each season you have taken part in appears , so your past and upcoming seasons sit side by side

2.Check your progress

Your dashboard greets you by name and shows the role you are applying for. The Application Progress bar tells you how far along you are, and the list underneath breaks it into sections.

Your to-do list. Watch the buttons. Start means the section is empty. Edit means something is already there.

Scroll down and you will find a second list, Candidate Documents, tracked separately from your application.

3.Review what carried over

Sections marked with a green tick already hold your answers from last season. Open one and you will see your previous entries waiting, marked Draft

Already filled in: Your skills came across from last season. The page confirms all required fields are filled.

Read through it carefully. Anything that has changed since last season is worth updating, because camps use this information when deciding who to hire. When you are happy with it, click Submit For Review.

Carried-over information still says Draft. It does not count until you submit it for review. Go through every section and submit each one, even the ones that look complete.

4. Fill in your forms

Open My Application and click Forms to see them all in one place, each with its own status and submit button.

Five forms. Work down the list. Each is submitted separately.

5. Program Preferences

Click the arrow beside a form to open it without leaving the page. Program Preferences asks about your history with the program and your availability for the coming season.

6. Confirm your references

Open References. You need two confirmed references in total, and you can list up to four.

Check before you submit. Make sure the contact details are still correct, since your referees need to be reachable. Use Add New Reference if you need another one, then submit the section.

7. Upload your documents

This is the part that does not carry over. Open Documents and you will find your profile photo, background check and medical evaluation form, all waiting.

Your background check and medical evaluation form must be dated after September 1 to count for the upcoming season. Last year's paperwork will not be accepted, so start these early. Your local office or partner organisation can guide you.

8. Watch for interviews and offers

Two sections stay empty until camps start responding to you. Interviews reads "You have no interviews" and Job Offers reads "You have no Job Offers" while your application is still in progress.
