Once added, your reference will receive an email via Matchio and should click Open Reference Form to begin.
2. Select your options from the drop-down menus to describe your relationship to the participant.
3. Next is the participant rating section, please fill in all attributes.
4. Follow the instructions for each question to complete the form, making sure to stay within any listed limits.
5. Enter your job title, check the acknowledgment box, and then click Submit.
6. Done! Don't forget to thank your reference for their time and support.
